Pressalit 3 fits well on the Philippe Starck 3 series from Duravit. Pressalit 3 has a discreet, stylish and minimalistic design that complements the clear lines of the Starck 3 perfectly.
Material description:
TOILET SEAT:
The material consists of thermosetting plastic (UF A 10 = ureaformaldehyde), which is dyed through and does not contain substances that are harmful to the environment. UF plastic consists of 67% urea-formaldehyde resin, 28% cellulose and 5% minerals, pigments, lubricant and moisture. The raw material of the supplier contains a maximum of 0.03% free formaldehyde and even less after curing.
BUFFERS:
EVA (copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate).
DEMOSTER SET (only relevant for toilet seats with soft close):
Hydraulic damper with plastic damper housing and metal interior. Damping fluid: Oil on a silicone basis.
HINGES:
Stainless steel ASTM A351 grade CF-8. Composition: chromium (Cr) 18-21%, nickel (Ni) 8-11%, carbon <0.08%, molybdenum, manganese, silicon, sulfur, titanium.
Cleaning:
Only use mild detergents. Always dry the seat and hinges with a dry cloth after cleaning. The seat and hinges must not come into contact with WC cleaner or other chlorinated, abrasive or caustic cleaning agents. Allow the seat to stand up until all toilet cleaner has been rinsed away.
